Longer Term Rentals* –  For rentals of 4 months or more a 10% reduction applies to the above indicated monthly rate; also if any or some of the services included in these rates is not required, a further reduction in the monthly rate may apply. For rentals of 12 months or over the client must provide tenant’s liability insurance and the above rates will be discounted by 15%.

* Units are fully furnished and equipped including, linens washer/dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, linens and cutlery, heating, lighting, electricity, natural gas, telephone line and local calls, cable TV, alarm, internet WIFI and weekly house cleaning.

20% discount: during December, January and February.
10% discount: during March and November.
20% Supplement: during June, July, August and September.
25% Supplement: over the applicable rates applies to Christmas, New Year, Grand Prix and Jazz Festival periods.

Please note that a minimum stay of 7 nights is required during the Grand Prix of Montreal

Sale taxes GST (5%) and QST (9.5%) as well as tourism tax (3.5%) are applicable on rentals of less than 30 days. Additional persons will be charged at C$50 per night. Extra folding bed is available at C$20 per night.
